This time i tried my hand at making emoticons. It may not be very flashy, but i think it looks alright. again, i'm always trying new things, so advice on how to improve would be welcome.
So it's just a little guy holding a "You ROCK" sign, similar to
. very basic version, but after my exams, i'll try and improve on it. 
um, also, how do i make the background transparent? i used Paint.NET to make this, and i'm not too sure. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

You need to use a filetype that supports transparency -- I know PNG does, but it can't be animated. I think GIF supports transparency, too, but you need to use an editor that'll let you make multiple layers.
I really like this, by the way! We need more friendly, kindhearted emoticons. So many of them are mean!
